Official Crownerr web addresses

Every address Crownerr is served from, in one place. If a link, email, or page claims to be Crownerr and does not match what is listed here, treat it as suspicious and do not sign in.

The Crownerr website

The main site is served from these addresses, and only these:

  • dukiex.com
  • www.dukiex.com
  • crownerr.com
  • www.crownerr.com

is a second address we own and serve the same product from, so a page there is genuinely ours. Both addresses show the same site and the same account.

Creator Spaces

Creators run their communities in Spaces. A Space on our own addresses looks like one of these, where the first part is the name the creator chose:

  • crownerr.com
  • space.crownerr.com
  • yourspace.dukiex.space
  • yourspace.crownerr.com

A genuine Space may be on its own custom domain

Creators can connect a domain they own, so a real Space often sits on an address that is nowhere on this page. That is normal and it is not a warning sign on its own. The safest way to reach a Space is a link from the creator themselves, or from Discover inside Crownerr. If you are unsure, open Crownerr from one of the addresses at the top of this page and find the Space from there.

Signing in

Sign-in and connected accounts are handled at:

  • auth.crownerr.com
  • oauth.dukiex.space

What we will never ask you for

Knowing our addresses is only half of it, because a fake address can be made to look almost identical. These rules hold wherever you are:

  • We never ask for a password. Crownerr accounts do not use one — you sign in with a one-time code, a passkey, or Google or Apple.
  • We never ask you to read out or forward a one-time code. Anyone asking for your code is trying to get into your account.
  • We never ask for card, bank, or payment details by email, chat, or phone.
  • We never ask you to move your money or your payout details somewhere new.

Apps, media, and developer access

These serve the mobile app, integrations, images, and video. You will not normally type them yourself, but you may see them in a browser or a network log:

  • app.dukiex.com
  • app.crownerr.com
  • external-api.dukiex.com
  • external-api.crownerr.com
  • content.dukiex.space
  • ivs-vod.dukiex.space
  • content.crownerr.com
  • ivs-vod.crownerr.com

Email we send

Automated email comes from these addresses:

  • no-reply@crownerr.com
  • no-reply@dukiex.com
  • no-reply@dukiex.space

Support, legal, and privacy email comes from legal@charleex.com, privacy@charleex.com, or dmca@charleex.com. CHARLEE X LTD is the company behind Crownerr, so charleex.com in a sender address is expected. Message headers may also show mail.dukiex.com or mail.crownerr.com, the technical sending addresses.

If something looks wrong

Do not sign in, and do not enter payment details. Close the page, open Crownerr yourself from one of the addresses at the top, and check your account from there. Then tell us at privacy@charleex.com — include the link and, if you can, a screenshot. Reporting a fake helps us get it taken down for everyone else.

If you have already entered something, sign in from a known-good address, check Settings for sign-in activity and connected accounts you do not recognise, and contact us. Acting quickly matters more than being certain.
