Run ad campaigns in a Space

Create an ad campaign with a goal, budget, and creative, pay and submit it for owner review, then track performance and receipts.

This guide is about using a Crownerr Space. The steps happen inside the Space you belong to or run, so open that Space to follow along.

Any signed-in member can buy ad placements in a Space from the Advertise page. You set the goal, budget, schedule, and creative; Crownerr automatically chooses the best eligible Space inventory after the owner reviews your campaign.

Before you start

  • Ads are only available once the Space owner has finished payout setup; otherwise the Advertise page says ads are not available.
  • Prepare a destination link, headline, body text, image, and call-to-action label.
  • A start time is optional; leave it blank to start after payment and owner approval.

Create and submit a campaign

  1. Open Advertise and choose a campaign goal and budget.
  2. Fill in the campaign creative, or select Suggest creative for an AI-drafted headline, body, and call to action; suggestions never approve campaigns or change owner review outcomes.
  3. Select Save draft to keep working later, or Start payment to continue.
  4. Complete the payment form and select Pay and submit for review. The confirmation states your payment was received and the campaign is awaiting Space review.

Track campaigns and receipts

  1. Open Settings > Personal > My Ads to track review, payment, refund, and performance details, including impressions, clicks, and click-through rate.
  2. Open Settings > Personal > Campaign receipts to download branded receipts for each campaign purchase.
  3. As the Space owner, open Settings > Monetization > Advertisements to approve or reject pending campaigns and watch the serving queue.

Expected result

Your campaign is paid, reviewed by the Space owner, and served automatically to eligible placements, with performance and receipts available in your personal settings.

Troubleshooting

  • If the Advertise page shows ads are unavailable, the Space owner has not completed payout setup yet.
  • If checkout will not start, add a destination link; campaigns need a valid call-to-action destination before submission.
  • If a campaign stays pending, the Space owner has not reviewed it yet; rejected campaigns show the owner's reason in My Ads.
