Manage Space plan billing and usage

Space plan & billing is the home for the Space plan this account pays Crownerr for, and the usage page shows how much of that plan allowance you are using.

Before you start

• Sign in and open the dashboard Account section in the sidebar.
• Plan changes, cancellations, and payment updates all start from Space plan & billing.
• Usage reflects the Spaces owned by this account.

Review and change your Space plan

1. Open Space plan & billing in the dashboard account sidebar.
2. Use the Plan tab to see your current tier, change tier, or cancel and reactivate your subscription.
3. Use the Payment methods tab to review or update how you pay.
4. Use the Billing history tab to review past charges and billing records.

Check your usage

1. Open Usage in the dashboard account sidebar.
2. Review how many Spaces this account owns against the plan allowance.
3. If you are at the limit and need more Spaces, change to a higher tier from Space plan & billing.

Expected result

You should know your current plan, have a working payment method on file, be able to find past charges, and see how much Space allowance remains on your plan.

Troubleshooting

• If a plan change does not appear immediately, refresh the page; recent payments can take a moment to settle.
• If a payment method cannot be saved, confirm the card details and try again.
• If usage looks wrong, confirm you are signed in to the account that owns the Spaces you expect to see.
