Manage your Spaces

Each Space you own has two working areas in the platform dashboard: a manage area for day-to-day operations and a settings area for configuration.

Before you start

• Sign in with the account that owns the Spaces you want to manage.
• All your Spaces are listed under My Spaces in the dashboard sidebar.
• Some settings sections depend on your Space plan.

Run day-to-day operations

1. Open My Spaces and select a Space to open its manage area.
2. Use Overview for a summary of activity in that Space.
3. Use the content sections for discussions, livestreams, and products.
4. Use the community sections for members and moderation.
5. Use the commerce sections for orders, payments, and advertisements, and the analytics sections for sales and content performance.

Configure Space settings

1. From the manage area, open the Space settings area.
2. Use General to update the Space name, description, and web address, or to delete the Space.
3. Use Branding to set logos, brand colors, background, and corner radius, and Themes to apply a theme.
4. Use Business contact, Notifications, Moderation, and Credits for operational policies.
5. Use the Pages section to edit the Space landing page and contact page, and Launch to control how the Space goes live.

Expected result

You should be able to move between the manage and settings areas of any Space you own, and know where operations, branding, pages, and launch controls live.

Troubleshooting

• If a Space is missing from My Spaces, confirm you are signed in with the owning account.
• If a settings section is unavailable, it may require a higher Space plan.
• If a saved change does not show on your Space, refresh the Space in a new tab.
